1. Warranty period
2 years from the date your order is marked delivered.
2. What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We'll repair or replace a defective device or part at no charge.
3. What's NOT covered
- Misuse, drops, or impact damage
- Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification
- Normal wear and cosmetic scratches
- Water (unless specified waterproof), fire, or external accidents
- Lost or stolen items
4. How to claim
- Email support@lymvana.com
- Include your order number and a short video or clear photos of the defect
- We review within 48 hours
- If covered, we arrange a repair or free replacement
5. Replacement
A replacement continues the original warranty from the first delivery date (it doesn't restart). Replacements are the same model as purchased.
6. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought directly from lymvana.com.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement as described above. Lymvana is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
