How does the massage work?
Lymvana uses rhythmic kneading rollers that mimic the motion of real hands, plus an optional warming function to relax tissue and support circulation.

Two massage modes — pinch kneading and regular kneading — and three intensity levels: low, medium and high, so you can tune the pressure to your comfort.
How warm does the heat get?

Using Your Lymvana
Is it hard to use?
Not at all. Rest it over the area you want to treat, secure the strap, power it on, then choose your mode, heat and intensity. That’s it.
Can I use it on other areas?
Yes — neck, shoulders, upper back, arms or legs. The ergonomic shape adapts to different areas.
How long is a session?
Each session runs 10 minutes and then auto-shuts off for safety. Simply restart it if you’d like another round.
How often should I use it?
We recommend once or twice a day, 10 minutes per session. For de-puffing, a nightly session before bed works best.
Is it noisy?
No — it runs quietly with a soft hum most people find soothing.
Can I use it at the office or in a car?
Yes — it’s cordless and compact. Just use it while stationary and in a safe, seated setting.
Does it come with a manual?

Is it rechargeable?
Yes — it has a built-in lithium-ion battery that recharges via USB-C. There are no batteries to replace. For safety, the device cannot be operated while it is charging.
Does it include a charger?
Yes — a USB-C charging cable is included.
How long does the battery last?
Up to about 40 minutes of use on a full charge, depending on your chosen intensity and heat.
How long does it take to charge?
About 3 hours for a full charge. A red light means charging; green means ready to go.
