Your nightly 10-minute de-puff ritual. Follow these steps to get the rollers on the right spot and the best drainage.
1. Position it on your neck — not your skull
Rest Lymvana so the large rollers sit on your neck muscles, and the small rollers rest at the base of your neck where tension builds. If the rollers touch the back of your head, it's sitting too high — lift your head and slide the device down.
2. Get comfortable
Lie back with knees bent (relaxes the body) or legs straight — whatever lets you breathe easily.
3. Choose mode & heat, then relax
Power on, pick your intensity and the warmth, and let the 10-minute auto-timer run. Breathe slowly and deeply.
4. Lengthen your neck gently
As the rollers work, subtly stretch your head upward — as if making space in your neck — to open the drainage pathways.
5. Keep it on the traps, not the head
Guide the rollers into your upper shoulder muscles by adjusting your posture or pressing down lightly with your hands.
❌ Common mistakes to avoid
- Don't let the rollers sit on the skull/back of the head
- Don't keep it so high it catches your hair
- Don't slouch and let it drift upward
- Don't force hard downward pressure — gentle adjustments are enough
How often?
Every night before bed. For faster results, use twice daily (morning + night). Most people notice softer, less-puffy mornings within 2–3 weeks. Individual results vary.
